Asian run and owned shop. They have pretty darn good ramen and if you by a bowl you get a free smoothie.

Honestly I'm surprised that a poke place would have such flavorful and delicious ramen because I did not know this was a specialty. Tonkotsu broth was great.

I chose spicy miso so as to have a little bit more of that tart fermented bite. Spice level was good but could've been higher. Overall though for the price point, surprisingly bangin. Peach and coconut smoothies highly recommended. #bushdid9/11

Food took a long time to come out. And it didn't seem really busy. Pricey, as most poke places are. I came here because FreshFin wasn't open.

It was ok; I got the salmon bowl. They had other options other than the poke bowl and a free smoothie came with the extremely pricey meal. However the smoothie was awful. I got the pineapple and I was not a fan at all. Possibly because they aren't made in house, they're shipped in it would seem.

Parking is tricky, as it is downtown. Service was friendly.

We decided to pay a visit after hearing all the hype about the goodness of the food. I enjoy trying new foods, especially from different cultures, so I may have questions to learn about their food. As soon as you walk in you're at the counter to order your food. The rep wasn't welcoming but he wasn't rude either. So not a big deal. You have the menu on the wall but then the counter had the menu, along with everything else, from one end to the next. For me, this was overwhelming and confusing. I didn't know if I should look at the wall or counter menu!  I noticed the Ramen each had the same ingredients and after many questions, the only difference is the flavor of the broth. This is not listed on the menu so if you don't know your Ramen and are a vegan, you just might end up with a meat-flavored broth. So remember to ask. According to the rep, the Poke is basically a salad. I'm not into eating raw seafood and with the difference of 2-3 ingredients, I passed and went on to the Ramen menu.

The placed was clean and orderly. We ordered the Tonkotsu and Black Garlic Tonkotsu ramen. With each full order, you get a free side; fruit, tea or smoothie. Our food came rather quickly, but then again, we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. The presentation was appealing. So here's my gripe....the noodles were super "al dente" and looked as if they came from a box stored for ages. Everything else was decent including the flavor of the broth. The portion could have been a bit more for the price you pay of $11.99. The menu needs improving with details. Get rid of the menu on the counter and all the extra menus!

So would you consider Fusion Poke a fast food restaurant? I don't know but for the price you pay, the quality can be a bit better. Otherwise, make it cheaper. Not my fav but not the worst I've tried either. Would I come back? Probably not. Fusion Poke is good for a quick meal or if you need somewhere to eat last minute and not go to a fast food place, then this would be your place.

I tried the spicy miso ramen, the broth was pretty good, quite spicy! Next time I might ask them to make it a little less spicy. The toppings were all pretty good except the pork, normally in ramen you get thick slices of pork belly but it was super thin sliced, not that great. The noodles were packaged and not that great but you got A LOT of them so thats a nice touch. Pretty good price as well!

We stopped by Fusion Poke on a Sunday afternoon.  It was pretty quiet as it was between lunch and dinner, but the atmosphere was bright, clean, and pleasant. We tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, and we enjoyed our meals. The ramen wasn't spicy, so the gentleman working was happy to provide us with some Siracha, chili oil, and a shaker full of Japanese spices.  The portion size was nice and large, and the flavors were good.  I especially enjoyed the noodles.

The prices were reasonable and our food was tasty.  I would like to go back to try some of the other ramen and poke options, as well as the rolled ice cream.  Fusion Poke was a delicious and quick option for a nice casual lunch.
